StreetLink is a national rough seeping website that enables the public to alert local authorities in England about rough sleepers in their area. The service offfers the public a means to act when they see someone can take to ensure that rough sleepers are connected to the local services and support avaliable to them. The service is part funded by the Department for Communities and Local Government and is part of their commitment to end rough sleeping in England.

Brighter Futures: Rough Sleepers Team

Brighter Futures is a organisation based across Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire and Shropshire. Theur Outreach teams are able ot provide support to rough sleepers which is obviously of greatuse to House of Bread and a fantastic partnership to be involved with. They have a FREE phone number to call at anytime if you come across or know a rough sleeper (someone who is of no fixed abode). If there is no answer please leave a message and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
